These Terms of Service govern your use of the IT Clearance Company website and purchases made through it. By accessing our store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Online store

We operate an Australian online-only store selling IT hardware and related products. Product descriptions, pricing, and availability may change without notice.

2. Orders and pricing

  • All prices are in AUD and include GST unless stated otherwise.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order if pricing, stock, or payment details are incorrect or fraudulent activity is suspected.
  • An order is accepted when we send order confirmation and payment is successfully processed.

3. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify Payments and other supported payment methods. You confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

4. Shipping and delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Risk in goods passes on delivery to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure shipping details are accurate.

5. Returns, refunds and warranties

Returns, refunds and warranty claims are handled under our Refund Policy and applicable Australian Consumer Law rights. Nothing in these terms excludes ACL consumer guarantees.

6. Product condition and suitability

Customers are responsible for confirming product suitability and compatibility before purchase. We do not accept change-of-mind returns except as set out in our Refund Policy.

7. Account and acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with store operations. We may suspend access where misuse is suspected.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of goods as required under Australian Consumer Law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or products, except where liability cannot be excluded.
